By downloading or using SnapFix (the « App »), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

1. Publisher

SnapFix is published by PikScan. Contact: support@pikscan.com. Website: snapfix.pikscan.com.

2. Service description

SnapFix provides on-device tools to strip metadata, compress photos and videos, convert HEIC to JPG and manage local recents. Core processing happens on your device.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use SnapFix in accordance with these terms and store rules (Google Play, App Store).

4. Your content

You retain all rights to your photos, videos and documents. You are solely responsible for content you process and share. You warrant you have the necessary rights to the files processed.

5. Free and Premium

The free version includes ads (AdMob). Premium is a one-time purchase that removes ads. Refunds follow Google Play or App Store policies.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Reverse engineer, modify or illegally distribute the App.
  • Use SnapFix to process illegal content or content violating third-party rights.
  • Bypass technical limitations or Premium purchases.

7. No warranty

SnapFix is provided « as is ». We do not guarantee that compression or cleaning will produce an exact result (target size, visual quality, complete metadata removal). Always verify the file before sharing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PikScan shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or harm related to App use. Back up important files before processing.

9. Third-party services

Ads, stores and sharing services (WhatsApp, email, etc.) are governed by their own terms. SnapFix is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

10. Changes

We may update the App and these terms. The date at the top indicates the last revision.

11. Governing law

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the law applicable to PikScan's registered office. Disputes shall be submitted to competent courts.
